All applicants are subject to our standard credit, rental, and criminal background screening process. A fee of $25 applies to all applicants aged 18 and older.

Water, trash, sewage, and parking are included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for setting up their own BGE account in their name prior to receiving the keys.

Our Leasing Office at 5664 Woodmont Ave, Baltimore, MD 21239 is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM - tours are conducted from 9 AM until 4 PM. Saturday hours are 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM every first and last Saturday of the month (touring may not be available on Saturdays, you will need to call the office to schedule on Saturdays). Directions: Use Google Maps or other navigation apps to find the three-community leasing office located at 5664 Woodmont Ave, Baltimore, MD 21239. Parking: There will be ample parking spots available on Woodmont Ave at the Lochwood Leasing Office you can use when arriving at the property. Please bring your government issued Driver's License with photo ID, college student photo ID, etc. If you need anything on the day of your tour, feel free to call us at 410.433.5400.

Yes. A minimum of $300,000 personal liability coverage required (minimum policy). Personal property coverage is any amount.
